Any Order Placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day. All orders are shipped on a tracked Service either with Royal Mail, UPS, DHL or My Hermes on a 2-3 day Tracked Service. If you select next day delivery at checkout it will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm to be delivered on the next working day. If you order on a Friday and specify next day delivery it will not come on Saturday unless you specify at checkout Saturday Delivery otherwise all next day delivery orders will be delivered on Monday.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse. The Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges back unless agreed with us before hand.
All purchases, accessories, serial numbers security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise. All returned or exchanged items must be in the condition it came in, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

Good site, service needs tweaking a tad
Good site, easy to navigate. Was a tad unsure of the service, however. I received an email to say the order had been completed the day after ordering. I tried to call as I was concerned, but couldn’t get through; I was faced with a dodgy sounding answer phone voice. When I eventually got through, I wasn’t greeted with the company intro, but just a ‘hello’. Everything turned out fine, the tracking email was sent after speaking with the chap and my watch arrived, well packaged and in good time. A few little tweaks and it’ll be 5 stars
